Resolution: LPA provided Mrs. Zakarya a sample of 15-minute nap log. Mrs. Zakarya stated that she conducts her 15-minute nap checks, however she does not have documentation. She stated that she will start documenting the 15-minute nap checks starting today, 2/25/25. She will submit copies of the 15-minute nap checks to the department no later than 3/4/2025. This is for child N.A.
