Based on LPA's observatioins, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that the pool gates did not self latch and one portion of the fence not secured. Additionally, the back fencing gap needed to be blocked and pool equipment made inaccessible. This poses a potential health & safety risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee states the backyard will be off limits until the 2 gates self latch, the pool fence bolted to the wooden post, the pool equipment made inaccessible and the back yard fence gap filled in. Licensee will submit a photo to LPA via fax or email by POC date.
