Based on observation and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that assistant present at time of inspection, has been working at the facility since 6/16/22 without a criminal record clearance, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Assistant left the facility the same day and was advised cannot return until clearance is received.
