Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 2 counts out of 3 files missing napping log which poses a potential health, safety risk to persons in care. Documentation log for every 15 minutes check on napping children for child # 1, and 2 not available.
Resolution: The licensee stated she checked on children physically but did not document them on log. Licensee agreed to send a complete napping log for child # 1 and 2 for the dates 2/22/24 to 2/29/2024 to LPA.
Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above expiring CPR and 1st aid card which poses a potential health, safety risk to persons in care. The licensee's CPR and 1st aid care expired in July 2023.
Resolution: Licensee stated she has been enrolled for the class for this Saturday. licensee agreed to send a copy of renewed card to LPA's email by the due date of 2/29/2024.
