Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in Licensee's CPR/First Aide expired on 07/2024, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee is scheduled for a class on 11/19/24, copy of registration letter was provided to LPA Flores at the time of inspection. Licensee will email a copy of the updated CPR/First Aide certificate by 11/26/24.
Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that Adult #1 lives in the home and does not have a background check clearance, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee agrees to have Adult #1 complete a background check, and send documentation to the Department by due date 01/12/2023. Licensee agrees that uncleared Adult #1 cannot live in the home until the adult is cleared.
