Based on observation and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that there is no rescue pole, life ring, or pool alarm or cover, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee states she will obtain a pool alarm, rescue pole and life ring. Licensee will take pictures of corrections made and submit the photos via email.
Based on observation, interview, and record review the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 1 out of 1 children's files did not have immunization records, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee states they will obtain the child's immunization records and add them to their file.
Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in while the pool is surrounded by a iron fence with self closing and self latching gates, there is a small secion on the side of the pool area that intially had vines but since the prelicensing those vines were removed. LPA observed that there is a wooden fence and plywood, however it requires it be higher then 5 feet. which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Per Licensee she will replcae existing fencing with a higher fence.
