Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 30 out of 30 persons in that LPA observed a pair adult scissors and diaper rash paste located on the top of a cubbie in Room 110; lotion, sanitizer and a pair of adult scissors located on a cubbie in Room 120 accessible to children which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
