VARDANIAN FAMILY CHILD CARE

Based on observation,interview, record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as the smoke/carbon monoxide detector is not functioning,which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee will fix or purchase and install a smoke/carbon monoxide detector and provide proof to LPA by POC date.

Based on observation, interview, record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in children's food containers stored in the refrigerator were not labeled with the child’s name, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee will ensure that food containers stored in the refrigerator are labeled with the child’s name to enusre the health and safety of the child.

Based on observation, interview, record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as facility has not conducted a Emergancy Disaster drill in the past 6 months, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee will ensure that a Emergency Disaster Drill is conducted and documented. Licensee will send proof of documentation by POC date.

Based on observation, interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 1 infant did not have a 15 minute safe sleep log documented for LPA to observe, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee will start documenting safe sleep checks for infants newborns - 2 years old every 15 minutes and note labor of breathing, and other observations. Licensee will send LPA sleep log for infants in care on POC date 3/28/2025.
