During this inspection LPA Eivazian contacted the office and talked to support staff Telly Bilbrew who stated staff#2 was cleared and case was closed in November 2020. During this inspection director showed DOJ Applicant Fingerprint Responds letter and Request for livescan service form (LIC9163) to LPA Eivazian. LPA talked to LPM Gabelman and agreed to cite this violation as Type B citation and no civil penalty.
