Based on LPA records review and Licensee interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. The last conducted and documented fire drill was 01/08/2024 which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated she wll conduct a fire drill with daycare children and submit an updated fire drill log to LPA via email.
Based on LPA observations and Licensee interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA conducted a perimeter walk of the pool fence. LPA observed the wooden plank fence located to the west side of the home leaning backwards and sideways which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated she will fix athe fence and submit pictures to LPA via email.
