Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. The large wooden playstructure in the backyard showed chipped paint throughout and exposed wood which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated that she currently does not have regular attendance of children due to summer break. Licensee agreed to keep area off limits and will repaint the structure. Licensee agrees to contact licensing when completed and prior to use by POC due date.
