Resolution: By 08/22/2023 at 5:00 PM, Licensee agrees to contact RCOE in order to obtain a Infant Safe Sleep Log. Further, Licensee agrees to submit a copy of infant sleep log to CCL via email in order to show that safe sleep checks are being conducted every 15 minutes.
