Based on interviews and record review, the facility did not comply with the section cited above. 5 out of 5 staff confirmed that Child 1 (C1) wandered away from the classroom into enclosed playground due to lack of supervision for about two minutes which poses a potential risk to the health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
