Resolution: The licensee agreed to send the renewed CPR and 1st aid certificates for Adult # 1 and 2 to LPA's email address by the due date of 5/9/2025
Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in two counts out of 3 files which poses a potential health, and safety risk to persons in care. Child # 2 and 3 were missing the log for every 15 minutes check on children under 24 months old.
Resolution: Licensee agreed to send a log for the children under 24 months old in her care to be checked every 15 minutes while napping to LPA's email by the due date of 3/20/24..
