Resolution: Licensee will conduct a fire drill and document the fire drill by plan of correction date to LPA.
Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in renewing a current pediatric cardiopulmonary resuscitation and pediatric first aid certificate every 2 years and which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will provide proof of enrollment to a pediatric cardiopulmonary resuscitation and pediatric first aid class to LPA by plan of correction date.
