LPA had staff removed the medication and vitamins right away, if not corrected this poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will ensure all medications and vitamins are made inaccessible while children are in care.
Based on record review and Licensee statement, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in Licensee was unable to provide a copy of current fire drills during visit which poses potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will conduct fire drills and ensure the drills are made available during Department's request. Licensee will send a copy to LPA by POC date.
