Resolution: Licensee will have employee to retale fongerproints and waitnuntil they are clear.

Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 1 out of 1 insect killer, poison, accessible to children, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee corrected the citation before the end of the inspection. Licensee agrees to make sure all poisons and kept/store in the storage shed which is locked and inacessble to the children in care.

Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 1 out of 1 infant was placed in a baby bouncer, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee removed baby bouncer from facility and will not use a bouncer/rocker for infants. Licensee reveiwed the prohibited items in FCC homes. Licensee agrees to submit a plan to LPA stating where infants will be placed while in care.
