Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. In the bathroom attached to the day care room, there is stacked boxes and bags in the shower adjacent to the toilet. This is a potential hazard in which the items may fall on the children in care. There is also a toddler potty that appears to be covered in dirt.
Resolution: Licensee will submit photographs to CCL displaying the bathroom hazards were removed by the due date.
Based on interview with the Licensee and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that 2 out of 2 infants do not have a current Sleep Log which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. C1's last documented date is 3/26/25 and C2s last documented date is 4/18/25.
Resolution: Licensee will submit copies of the updated Sleep Logs for C1 and C2 by the due date.
