Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. C1 and C2 had blankets in the crib when LPA arrived.
Resolution: Licensee removed the blankets immediately and agreed to remove all loose articles and objects when an infant is in the crib.
Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. C1's sleep logs were last documented on 1/13/26 and C2's was last documented on 2/2/26. Sleep logs are being completed everytime an infant sleeps.
Resolution: Licensee will send CCL (community care licensing) a copy of C1 and C2's sleep log by the due date.
