Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in four out of four infants present in the facility, did not have documented sleeping log which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Provider Leticia Gallegos stated that she will ensure to start documenting on the sleeping log every fifteen minutes while infants are napping. Provider will ensure to send a copy of completed sleeping log to the San Diego Child Care Regional Office (SDCCRO) as proof of correction.
Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in one out of one infant under 12 months present in the facility did not have the required LIC-9227 Individual Infant Sleeping Plan in file, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Provider Leticia Gallegos stated that she will ensure to complete the required LIC-9227 and send a copy to the SDCCRO as proof of correction.
