A licensed child care facility or home shall provide to the parents of each child receiving services in the facility copies of any licensing report that documents any Type A citation that represents an immediate risk to the health, safety, or personal rights of children in care as specified in paragraph (1) of subdivision (a) of Section 1596.893b.
(3) Prescription medications may be administered if all of the following conditions are met: (B) For each prescription medication, the licensee shall obtain, in writing, approval and instructions from the child's authorized representative for the administration of the medication to the child.

Based on interviews with parent and staff, the facility has been out of staff/child ratio on multiple occasions during drop off and pick up hours. This poses an immediate Health and Safety risk to the children in care.

Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in two (2) out of three (3) staff files did not have a current Mandated reporter training which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
(a) Limitations on Capacity (a) A licensee shall not operate a childcare center beyond the conditions and limitations specified on the license, including the capacity limitation. This requirement is not met as evidence by: Based on interviews with parents and staff, an infant child stays in the preschool classroom in the morning for at least 30 minutes from 6:30 am to 7:00 am until infant childcare center staff arrives. This poses an immediate Health and Safety risk to the children in care.
