Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA observed several guns and ammunition stored in a large locked vault in the garage along with one loaded gun which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee's husband removed ammunition and placed it in a different locked storage and removed ammunition from loaded gun. Licensee and her husband understand that guns and ammunition must be stored in separate locked storages at all times.
