LPA met with Viviana Salas, Site Supervisor and provided the purpose of the visit. LPA observed 13 children in the yellow room with 2 staff and 5 children in the toddler outside play area with 1 staff. Madison Sanello, Director arrived around 10:50am while LPA was conducting the inspection. On 03/06/2025, the facility was issued a Type A violation for Limitations on Capacity. The facility was caring for children under 2 years of age prior to obtaining the license and fire clearance. Director Madison Sanello and Site Supervisor Viviana Salas were notified to cease enrollment of the children under the age of 2 years old. The plan of correction was due by 3/10/2025. On 3/13/2025, LPA observed 2 children under the age of 2 years old in the outside play area with 1 staff. The facility has failed to correct the deficiency issued on 3/6/2025 for section code 101161 Limitations of Capacity by the 3/10/2025 due date. This is an immediate health and safety risk to the children in care. This is a type A violation under Health & Safety Code 1596.99. The facility is being issued a civil penalty for $100/per day due to the a failure to correct the plan of correction that was due on 3/10/2025.
