Day care space was observed to be cluttered with materials stacked, unsecure that can potentially be hazardous, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee agrees to submit to reorganize the day care space (stacked materials on shelves) and ensure that bathroom waste basket is emptied in a timely manner. Licensee will submit a statement to LPA
