Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. During today's inspection, LPA observed Child #1 (C1) covered with a blanket, sleeping in bouncer which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: The Licensee removed the blanket from the infant during the inspection and stated she has a play yard available for the child. Licensee stated she will review the information available online at https://www.cdss.ca.gov/inforesources/child-care-licensing/public-information-andresources/safe-sleep and email LPA a summary by 10/21/2025.
