Based on bservation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA observed a can of Hot Shot Ant, Roach, & Spider Killer on top of the refrigerator next to food. LPA also observed an accessible laundry area with a large bottle of Hot Shot Bed Bug Killer and Sevin Insect Killer sitting on top of the dryer as well as several containers of accessible laundry detergent and cleaning compounds which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee placed all of the poisons in a shed under key lock during the visit. Licensee also agrees to place a child proofing device on the laundry area doors to make it inaccessible to chidren in care by 05/21/2025.
