Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as an infant was found sleeping in a bassinet which posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. Bassinet is a Ingenuity Foldaway Rocking Bassinet.
Resolution: LPA provided a copy of the Safe Sleep Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) in Spanish. Licensee agrees to submit a written statement on what she learned from the FAQs and how she plans to prevent this from reoccurring. Licensee must submit proof of new crib/ play pen. Plan of correction is due by 7/25/2024.
