Resolution: Per licensee, she will conduct fire drill with her daycare children and a copy of fire drill log will be submitted to LPA Eivazian via email.
Based on licensee's file review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above and did not have current pediatric first aid and cpr certificate on file which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Per licensee, she will take the required pediatric first aid and cpr training and a copy of certificate will be submitted to LPA Eivazian via email by 02/14/25.
