Based on LPA's observation at 12:35 PM, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above LPA observed children used potty chair in the living room while other children were getting ready to take nap and three children were observed to pee back to back and did not wash hands which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Per licensee, effective tomorrow older children with no diapers will use the day-care bathroom in the hallway and will wash hands. Per licensee, she will only use the potty chair if she has a child in potty training.
Based on LPA observations, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above and LPA observed accessible personal hygiene and cleaning compounds in the day-care bathroom which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Per licensee, her day-care children mainly use the potty chair and from time to time went to the bathroom. Per licensee, she will make the personal hygiene and cleaning compounds inaccessible to the children by 03/14/25.
Based on children file review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, 4 out of 12 children did not have file available during this inspection for review which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
