Based on LPA observations , interview and records review , the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Upon arrival , LPA observed licebsee`s ant Asya Gevorgyan in the facility without fingerprint clearance . Licensee stated she came today and stayed to help her with the children , since her mom fell yesterday, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: LPA observed Asya Gevorgyan leaving the facility. Per licensee she will submit fingerprint clerance andwill send a copy to LPA .
