Based on observations , records review, interview , the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA did not observe required life ring, body hook, inspection log. LPA observed pool alarm , but licensee could not make the pool alarm to make sound ,which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated she will obtain required items and will notify LPA . LPA will conduct follow up visit .
Based on observations ,interview and records review , the licensee did not comply with the section cited above . Pool gate was replaced and DEpartment was not notified, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated she will review regulations and will write declarations what she understands after review .
