Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Present were licensee and nine day care children. Another day care child arrived five minutes later. Licensee was alone and had 10 day care children including 2 infants which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee will submit a statement how she will ensure facility is in ratio at all times and submit to CCLD by POC date.

Resolution: Licensee agrees to submit the Criminal Record Statement (LIC 508) for five adults living in the home to CCLD by 03/02/2022. Licensee was made aware that she needs to have records available for review.
