Based on LPA Wheatley record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that licensee's son Michael Hadnot was observed supervising children and picked up two school aged children from school today. This poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee was informed that her son cannot assist with the day care children until he is fingerprint cleared. The licensee will submit fingerprints to the Department if she wish to have her son live scanned. Licensee will submit a plan of correction to the Department by 11/8/24.
Based on LPA's record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that the required Mandated Reporter Training has expired. This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will complete the required Mandated Reporter Training course online and submit proof of certification by email to the Department by 11/14/24. Website manadatereporterca.gov
