At 9:00 am, LPA oberved a Licensee does have the Life ring, but does not meet the minimum exterior of 17 inches and labeled as an approval by the United States Coast Gaurd, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated she will purchase a life ring that meet requirements by POC due date.
