101161 Limitations on Capacity (a) A licensee shall not operate a child care center beyond the conditions and limitations specified on the license, including the capacity limitation.

Based on Record Review for the Month of September Classroom # 3 Sign in/Sign Out did not include full legal signature of the person dropping off or picking up the child, or the time of drop off and/or pick up was not included 36 times. This poses a potential safety risk for the children in care.
