Based on observation, interview, record review. The licensee did not comply with the section cited above. At 12:30pm LPAs observed the licensee’s last conduct fire drill was on 4/1/2024, which posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee states will conduct a disaster drill as soon as possible and will submit documentation to LPA by POC due date.
Based on observation, interview, and record review. The licensee did not comply with the section cited above. During the inspection, LPA reviewed the file and interviewed the licensee. License confirmed that licensee did not maintain a Sleep log to document the 15-minute checks for the child 1 (C1), which posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee states Licensee will submit the Sleep logs for C1 safe sleep to LPA by POC due date.
