Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above here were 3 vertical fence bars on the right side of the pool that are broken and rusted at the bottom and has small gaps in between and needs to be fixed immediately and the vertical clearance from the ground is more than 2 inches, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated they will get an estimate to fix the broken fence to meet Licensing standard and to fix the 2" vertical clearance. Licensee will show proof that a contractor will give estimates to licensee can fix the issue immediately and ensure children are safe at all times. Due date is 5/23/25

Body hook does not have a pole, pool alarm was not installed, body ring does not have US Coast Guard label and no Pool log present which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
