Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as stated in LIC809 and LIC809-Cs report, LPA observed various hazardous items that were accessible to children in care, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee stated that she will replace all the safety latches that are broken in the kitchen, and restroom to ensure that children do not have access to "keep out of reach of children" items. Licensee stated she will make all other items, as stated in LIC809 and LIC809-C's inaccessible. Licensee stated that she will review regulation and write a statement on what they have learned and submitted it to the Department on POC due date.

Resolution: Licensee will review PIN 20-24-CCP RECENTLY APPROVED SAFE SLEEP REGULATIONS IN EFFECT and write a statement on what they have learned. Licensee will submit statement on POC due date to the Department.

Resolution: Licensee stated that they will ensure to make them items inaccessible and will write a statement and submit proof to the Department.
