Based on LPA observations and Licensee interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in LPA observed in front of the Licensed Family Childcare Home (FCCH) a bird fountain filled with water which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated she understood and will empty the water and fill bird fountain with pebbles. Licensee will contact LPA once the plan of corrections have been made.
Based on LPA observation and Licensee interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in LPA measured the door entrance to the pool and noted that the vertical clearance from the ground to the bottom of the enclosure is 3 inches exceeding the 2 inch maximum which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated the above will be corrected and Licensee will contact LPA once the plan of corrections have been made.
