During the outdoor inspection of the backyard, LPA observed a China hutch cabinet. On the China hutch cabinet, LPA observed multiple unopened liquor glass bottles, cleaning compound and pest spray inside the drawers. LPA also observed a propane tank next to a large cooking grill. These poses a potential health, safety, or personal rights risk to children in care.
Resolution: Per Licensee, she agrees to remove all the unopened liquor glass bottles and the propane tank to an off-limits area where children will not have access. Licensee agrees to safety lock the China hutch cabinet drawer so that children will not have access to the cleaning compound and pest spray. Licensee agrees to submit proof of correction to the Department by 07/24/2024.
