Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Today, during file review, assistant could not provide child/infant CPR/First upon arrival. Later, assistant provided copy of a CPR card from American Trauma Event management, however there was no evidence that this training was EMSA certified. This is potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. American Trauma Event management expired on 9/2023

Resolution: Licensee stated she would send proof of EMSA certified stickers on the CPR card for assistant #2. Licensee stated that if the training was not EMSA certified, she would obtain an approved EMSA certified training and provide proof to the Department by POC date 12/19/2022.
