Site Supervisor stated building maintenance is in the process of making repairs. This is a potential risk to the health, safety, and personal rights of children.

Director stated that animal feces have been an ongoing problem due to neighboring apartment complex. This is a potential risk to the health, safety, and personal rights of children.
