Based on LPA observations and Licensee interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Licensee does NOT have a functioning pool alarm, minimum 17 inches in diameter life ring, 12-foot-long fixed body hook and daily inspection log per AB2866 which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated she will obtained the requested above and notify LPA when the above requirements are in place. LPA will conduct an unannounced inspection after 09/19/2025.
Based on LPA records review and Licensee interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Licensee's Mandated Reporter Training (MRT) EXPIRED 05/08/2025 which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated she will complete her MRT and submit a copy to LPA via email by end of business on 09/19/2025.
