During today's inspection, LPA reviewed staff records and observed that two staff members have yet to complete their mandated reporter training which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will have Staff #1 and #2 complete their mandated reporter training via www.mandatedreporterca.com and submit their certificate of completion to Fresno Community Care Licensing by 10/08/2021.
