Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA observed Licensee (Staff #1) completed the Child Abuse Mandated Reporter Training for the General Training on 03/19/2023; however, there was no proof that Staff #1 completed the training for the Child Care Providers. LPA also observed that Assistant (Staff #2) did not have the Child Abuse Mandated Reporter Training for the General Training and the Child Care Providers which poses a potential health, safety, or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Per Licensee, she agrees that she will complete the Child Abuse Mandated Reporter for the Child Care Providers training and she will ensure that her Assistant also complete the Child Abuse Mandated Reporter for the General Training and the Child Care Providers training. Licensee agrees that she will submit their proof completion to Community Care Licensing (CCL)-Fresno by 07/07/2023.
