, LPA observed a soiled towel that was left in Restroom 1 form 09/27/2023 to 10/10/2023. This is a potential risk to the health, safety and personal rights of children in care.

interviews that, Child 1 had soiled themselves in faecal matter while attempting to go potty. Child 1 had to wait 15 minutes for their caregiver to come to the preschool program and help child clean up and change clothes.
