, Facility had submitted to CCL two UIR's incidents for 1/10/24 and 1/11/24 regarding Child 1 and Child 2 not being supervised. LPA interviewed Staff and it was confirmed that incidents did occur. This poses an immediate Health and Safety risk to children in care.
Based on interviews, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. During today's inspection LPA gathered information that staff left a child unattented for approximately 5 minutes which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
