FERNANDEZ, ROSALVA FAMILY CHILD CARE

Based on observed, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in, LPA observed various items that were acessible to children in care from, knives, cleaning products, and hygine products as stated in LIC809 report, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: LPA reviewed findings with licensee. Licensee stated she will ensure to do daily checks to ensure that no hazardous, "keep out of reach" items are not accessible to children in care. All items were made inaccessible during the inspection and a defiency was cleared.

Based on observed, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that LPA observed that two play yards did not have fitted sheets, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: LPA printed safe sleep regulations and provided a copy to licensee. LPA reviewed finding with licensee. Licensee stated that they will purchase the appropriate fitted sheets for the play yards she has at the facility, and submit proof of images/short video to the department.

Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee states she will provide documentation of immunization for Staff #1 MMR, and TDAP. Licensee states she will provide documentation of immunization for Licensee TDAP.
