Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Please see LIC809 for further information regarding deficiency. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: LPAs discussed CCLD's inspection authority parameters and reiterated Title 22 regulations speaking to the department's legal authority to conduct unannounced licensing inspections.

This requirement was not met as per licensee's statement that she conducts monthly fire drills, but does not document the fire drill log. This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: LPA provided an example of a fire drill to licensee. Per licensee, she will conduct a fire drill and document the fire drill. The copy of the conducted and documented fire drill log will be sent to the Fresno Community Care Licensing office no later than December 1, 2021.
