Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Licensee has outstanding annual fees of $210. This is a potential risk which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Per licensee, she will pay any and all outstanding fees no later than 9/26/24.

Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. During today's inspection, LPA observed the following items accessible to children in care: batteries, staple remover, nail polish, denture cream and toothpaste. These items state to keep out of reach of children. These items poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. n [count] out of [total count] [(objects) (persons)] [identifiers] which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee removed items from kitchen and bathroom drawers. Licensee moved them to areas that are inaccessible to children in care.

Based on observation, nterview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above with both infants in cribs. Licensee had both infants in cribs, Per licensee, the infants were in their cribs for 40 minutes before LPA arrived. LPA observed that licensee had not document the 15 minute sleeping log as required. in [count] out of [total count] [(objects) (persons)] [identifiers] which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Per licensee, she will provide copies of the sleeping log for the two infants. The copies shall be received in the Fresno Communty Child Care office no later than 9/9/24.

Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 3 out of 6 children's file reviews. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Per licensee, she will have parents sign the missing form and provide copies of missing forms to Fresno Community Care Licensing office, no later than 9/9/24.
